Had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I stopped by and I couldn’t speak more highly of a group of amazing people. Mellisa at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, the owner (Bill) himself came up front and spoke with me for a short while. The very polite technician quickly took my car into the shop, took care of the issue without any hesitation. Once my car was pulled back around up front, Mellisa told me that there wasn’t going to be any kind of charge because it was “on the house”. The fact that they wanted to take care of me, correct the issue for me, and then tell me to “don’t even worry about it”, just kind people wanting to take care of their community, I am completely speechless by their generosity. Thank you again so much! You just gained my business with all of our (my family’s) vehicles. I wish there was a slot to put a sixth star in the rating! I would highly suggest and will recommend Blue Ridge Tire and Automotive to anyone and everyone. This company will treat you right, make you feel like family, and correct any automotive issue you may have going on. Thanks again!

Bill fit two of my vehicles into his busy schedule! One being my work van that i needed back as soon as possible and he got it done same day! And the other being my corvette that he fixed right up and got me taken care of! Blue ridge is awesome, fast, and very fair prices! Will bring my cars back when needed!

My wife and I have used Blue Ridge multiple times for varying levels of repair needs for everything from a nail in a tire and routine maintenance to internal engine work.  They've always been courteous, punctual and very communicative throughout the process.  Their prices are fair and all of the staff I've met have been super friendly.  We'll definitely continue to use them for our future needs.

I went to the newly opened shop in Hickory and Bill and his team do amazing work and I recommend everyone to go there. They really care about their customers and the quality of their work with reasonable prices! If they can’t fix it they will direct you where you need to go! Go check them out they are amazing!!

Great Friendly staff. My dad  Bill Cline brought my tire there to get fixed after I called a place in Granite Falls & he tried to tell me it was a sensor in my tire, even though I told him that there’s no light on the dash & it would cost me $80 .So my dad said he would take it to Blue Ridge Tire & you didn’t try to sell me a sensor you found a small hole & fixed it. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
